In this poem, the poet express about another person's grief or pain.  माल्थसचा आर्थिक विकासाचा सिध्दांत 2 माल्थसचा आर्थिक विकासाचा सिद्धांत : -  सर थॉमस मालवस यांनी आपल्या ' Principles of Political Economy ' या १८२० मध्ये प्रकाशित केलेल्या ग्रंथाच्या दुसन्या खंडामध्ये देशाच्या आर्थिक विकासाची चर्चा केली आहे . पण यांनीही स्वतंत्र असा सिध्दांत मांडला नाही . त्यांचे आर्थिक विकासाचे विचार पुढील प्रमाणे सांगता येतात .  आर्थिक विकास मालथसच्या मते कोणत्याही देशाचा आर्थिक विकास हा त्या देशातील संपत्ती व संपत्तीच्या वितरणावर अवलंबून असतो . ज्या देशामध्ये विपूल प्रमाणात साधनसंपत्ती आहे व तिचे समान न्यायीक स्वरुपात वितरण झाले आहे , अशा राष्ट्राचा आर्थिक विकास होतो . तसेच आर्थिक विकास हा आपोआप होत नाही तर तो विशेष प्रयत्न करून घडवून आणावा लागतो .  आर्थिक विकास आणि भांडवल मालयस यांच्या मते भांडवल हा आर्थिक विकासाचा पाया किंवा मूलभूत घटक आहे . त्यामुळे अर्थव्यवस्थेत भांडवलाचे प्रमाण जास्त असेल . तर आर्थिक विकासाचा वेग जास्त असतो , अन्यथा नाही . तसेच अर्थव्यवस्थेत भांडवलाची निर्मिती ही फक्त भांडवलदार वर्गाकडूनच होते . श्रमिक वर्गाकडून भांडवल निर्मि...

डेव्हिड रिकाडांचा आर्थिक विकासाचा सिध्दांत सांगा    डेव्हिड रिकाडचा आर्थिक विकासाचा सिध्दांत : -  अभिमतपांतिय अर्थशास्त्रज्ञ डेव्हिड रिकाड यांनी सन १८१७ मध्ये प्रकाशित केलेल्या ' The principles of Political Economy and Taxation ' या पुस्तकात आर्थिक विकासाचे विचार मांडले . अॅडम स्मिथ प्रमाणे यांनीही आर्थिक विकासाचा स्वतंत्र सिध्दांत मांडला नाही . रिकार्डाचे आर्थिक विकासाचे विचार हे बहुतांशी कार्ल मार्क्सच्या विचारासारखे आहेत . से पुढील प्रमाणे आहेत .  ( १ ) घटत्या उत्पादनाचा सिध्दांत  रिकार्डोच्या मते अर्थव्यवस्थेत घटत्या उत्पादनाची प्रवृत्ती ही नैसर्गीक असते . त्यामुळे कृषी क्षेत्रात घटत्या उत्पादन फलाचा नियम लागू पडतो . त्यामुळे शेतीचा आर्थिक विकास मंदावून त्याचा अर्थव्यवस्थेवर विपरीत परिणाम होतो . हे टाळण्यासाठी विदेशातून अन्नधान्याची आयात करावी , नव्हे तर जीवनावश्यक वस्तूंच्या किंमती वाढून जीवनमानाचा दर्जा घसरतो . त्यामुळे आर्थिक विकास मंद होतो . अशा पध्दतीने घटत्या उत्पादनाचा व आर्थिक विकास यांचा संबंध स्पष्ट केला आहे .  ( २ ) मजुराची मजुरी  श...

आर्थिक विकासाचे निर्देशक   उत्तर : एखाद्या देशाचा आर्थिक विकास होतो किंवा लक्षात नाही येण्याकरीता विकासाचे काही निर्देशक पटक सांगण्यात येतात . या घटकाच्या साह्याने आर्थिक विकासाचे मोजमाप करता येते . ते निर्देशक घटक पुढील प्रमाणे सांगता येतात .  १ ) राष्ट्रीय व दरडोई उत्पन्नात वाढ :  एखाद्या राष्ट्राच्या राष्ट्रीय उत्पन्नात वाढ होत असेल तर आर्थिक विकास होतो असे समजले जाते . कारण एकुण राष्ट्रीय उत्पन्नातील वाढीमुळे तेथील लोकांच्या क्रयशक्तीत वाढ होवून लोकांच्या गरजा पूर्ण होतात . तरी पण लोकसंख्येतील वाढीचा प्रभाव कळण्याकरिता ' दरडोई उत्पन्न ' हा अधिक चांगला निर्देशक आहे . दरडोई उत्पन्नात होणारी वाढ हे आर्थिक प्रगती मापणाचे उचित माप आहे . दरडोई उत्पन्नात जेवढी वाढ जास्त तेवढा आर्थिक विकास जास्त समजला जातो .  २ ) भांडवल निर्मितीचा दर :  आर्थिक विकासाच्या प्रक्रियेत भांडवल निर्मिती चालकाचे कार्य करते . म्हणून राष्ट्रीय उत्पन्नातून किती बचत होवू शकते व त्यातून किती गुंतवणूक होवू शकते यावर आर्थिक विकासाची संभाव्यता अवलंबून अस...

 प्रश्न . आर्थिक विकासाचा अर्थ किंवा व्याख्या सांगून त्याची संकल्पना स्पष्ट करा. व्याख्या किंवा अर्थ. आर्थिक विकास ही अत्यंत व्यापक स्वरूपाची संकल्पना आहे. त्यामुळे तिचा अर्थ व व्याख्या समजून घेणे आवश्यक आहे. कारण आर्थिक विकासाची संकल्पना व्यक्ती, स्थान, काळ व देश बदलणारी असते.  आर्थिक विकास म्हणजे जेव्हा रष्ट्रातील लोकांचे दरडोई उत्पन्न वाढून त्यांच्या जीवनमानात राहणीमानात सुधारणा होते तेव्हा आर्थिक विकासाचा बदल  झाला असे म्हणता येईल . लोकांचे जीवन सुखी व्हावे म्हणून आर्थिक विकास झाला पाहिजे एवढाच अर्थ या ठिकाणी लावता येणार नाही. कारण अन्न वस्त्र निवारा या गरजांची पूर्तता झाली म्हणजे तो सुखी झाला असे म्हणता येणार नाही. कारण आवश्यकता गरजा बरोबरच दुय्यम अथवा इतर गरजांची पूर्तता होणे विकासाच्या दृष्टीने आवश्यक असते जोपर्यंत या सर्व गरजा पूर्ण होत नाहीत तोपर्यंत‌ तो सुखी व समाधानी होणार नाही होणार नाही कारण विकासाच्या दृष्टीने सातत्य ,कला व विज्ञान तत्त्वज्ञान या मध्ये होणारी प्रगती सुद्धा विकास घडवून आणीत असते. एखाद्या राष्ट्रांमध्ये विकासाची साधने किती प्रमाणात उपलब्ध आहेत...
